IVECO has recognised the standout performers across its Australian dealer network, announcing its top dealerships for 2025 at a ceremony held during its annual Dealer Conference and new Daily launch event .
The awards were divided by metropolitan and regional locations and across four key categories: Medium and Heavy Dealer of the Year, Light Dealer of the Year, Parts & Service Dealer of the Year, and Customer Excellence Dealer of the Year . Dealers were assessed against a range of measures including vehicle sales performance, market share, parts sales, Net Promoter Score, customer service standards, and maintenance and repair outcomes .
In the medium and heavy segment, Adelaide IVECO was named Metropolitan Dealer of the Year, while Bendigo Truck Centre took out the Regional Dealer of the Year award .
For light vehicles, STM Trucks and Machinery was recognised as Metropolitan Dealer of the Year – Light, with Ballarat IVECO awarded the Regional Dealer of the Year – Light title .
Adelaide IVECO also secured Dealer of the Year – Customer Excellence, reflecting its performance in customer engagement and service delivery . In the Parts and Service category, RSC Diesels in Queensland was awarded Dealer of the Year – Parts and Service .
IVECO Trucks Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Glen Dyer said the awards were designed to recognise dealerships that consistently invest in their people, facilities and systems.
“On behalf of IVECO, I congratulate our 2025 winners and thank them for the professional manner in which they represent our brand,” Mr Dyer said .
“The awards criteria seek to identify and reward those dealerships who continually invest in their people, facilities and systems with a view to growing relationships with customers and providing them with a full suite of services and support to make IVECO ownership as productive, hassle-free and enjoyable as possible,” he said .
Mr Dyer added that the dealer network plays a critical role in customer experience and operational performance across the country.
“In many ways our Dealer Network is the face of IVECO, so it’s critical that our partners uphold the highest levels of customer service, business performance and customer engagement – our latest award winners have certainly done this,” he said .
IVECO indicated it would continue investing in its dealer network in 2026, with further appointments expected to be announced .
