ZF Aftermarket has expanded its [pro]Service network with the addition of TRUCK TECH, giving fleet operators across Australia’s East Coast broader access to authorised diagnostics, maintenance, and repair for ZF, LEMFÖRDER, SACHS, TRW and WABCO components.
TRUCK TECH is one of Australia’s leading heavy vehicle maintenance and repair specialists, supporting large corporations with fleets of 50 or more vehicles. Headquartered near Sydney, the company operates four state-of-the-art workshops across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, backed by a workforce of more than 140 people and 70 mobile field service units.
Damon Baffico, Head of Sales CV AM and OE Trailer Oceania at ZF, said the partnership marks a significant step in extending service capability along the eastern seaboard.
“TRUCK TECH’s extensive service coverage, experienced team, and commitment to quality makes them an ideal partner to represent ZF Aftermarket and support fleet operators along the East Coast,” he said. “This new partnership enhances ZF Aftermarket’s ability to provide national coverage with expert localised support.”
Through its Maintenance360™ service agreements, TRUCK TECH delivers proactive, data-driven fleet maintenance intended to maximise uptime, safety and efficiency. Joining the ZF [pro]Service network enables the company to offer advanced diagnostic, maintenance and repair services for ZF transmissions, driveline components and WABCO air brake systems.
Founder and CEO Barry Saad said the partnership is an important milestone for TRUCK TECH and its customers.
“Joining the ZF [pro]Service network allows us to take our fleet support capabilities even further and is a testament to our technical capabilities across buses, trucks and trailers,” he said. “With ZF products, technology, and training, our technicians can deliver best-in-class service and keep our customers’ fleets operating safely and efficiently – wherever they are.”
The ZF [pro]Service network combines the previous ZF Service Point and WABCO Service Point programs into a single global platform, providing technical training, warranty authorisation, marketing support, and direct access to ZF specialists. There are more than 3,300 partners worldwide, including over 30 in Australia.
The addition of TRUCK TECH further strengthens ZF Aftermarket’s national service footprint and its capacity to support commercial vehicle operators from coast to coast.
