ZF will showcase its latest digital tools, telematics and aftermarket technologies at the Australasia Bus & Coach Expo in Sydney.
ZF’s display will feature Bus Connect, a telematics platform developed specifically for bus operators. The system provides performance insights for electric buses while also delivering diagnostic capability for ZF transmissions used in diesel-powered vehicles.
Visitors will be able to view live demonstrations of the platform and explore how connected vehicle data can support fleet performance, maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
ZF will also demonstrate its virtual Bus Configurator application, which allows operators and OEMs to build a customised virtual bus using the company’s current technologies and future product developments.
The interactive tool is designed to give visitors a clearer understanding of the range of systems available across driveline, electrification, connectivity and vehicle control.
Two aftermarket products will also be on display: ZF SolarBoost, a solar charging solution designed to help maintain battery health and reduce downtime, and WABCO air dryer cartridges, which protect air brake systems by removing moisture and contaminants.
ZF says the expo provides an opportunity to connect with bus operators, manufacturers, suppliers and industry stakeholders as the sector continues its transition towards more connected, efficient and electrified transport.
The Australasia Bus & Coach Expo will be held at Sydney Showground on 15–16 July 2026.
